How Pickup Works

Yankee Haul Trailers operates contactless pickups and returns. If we are not onsite at your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a temporary lockbox code and step-by-step instructions to get on your way.

Security Deposit

$150.00 security deposit is required. At booking, only the rental fee will be charged. Twenty-four (24) hours prior to pickup, a pre-authorization hold of $150.00 will be placed on the provided credit card. This deposit covers damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other charges per this agreement. If the trailer is returned on time, clean, and undamaged, the hold will be released within one (1) business day.

Required Documents

After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to e-sign your rental agreement. You will be required to upload a valid U.S. driver's license and current proof of auto insurance for your tow vehicle. The trailer will not be released without a completed, signed agreement including both documents.
