Here is everything you need to know about booking, verifying your documents, and picking up your equipment:
How It Works
Experience a fast, fully automated rental process from booking to drop-off. No lines, no wait times—just grab your gear and get on the road.
- Choose & Reserve Online: Browse our fleet catalog, select the right trailer for your payload, and lock in your dates using our real-time calendar.
- Text Payment Link: Once your booking is submitted, a secure payment link will be sent directly to your phone via text message so you can pay for your order.
- E-Sign Your Agreement: Shortly after completing your online booking, you will receive an email containing a secure link to electronically sign your rental agreement.
- Required Uploads: You will be required to upload a clear photo of a valid U.S. driver's license and current proof of auto insurance for your tow vehicle.
- Important Note: Your trailer will not be released without a completed, signed agreement and both required documents.
- Unique Lockbox Code: Exactly 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation, you will receive your unique lockbox code to access the equipment at our Hebron location.
- Comprehensive Pickup Guide: Along with your code, you will receive a step-by-step instructions guide covering everything you need to know for a smooth self-service arrival.
- What's Included: The guide covers lot navigation, parking instructions, proper hitching procedures, and pre-trip photo requirements so you can get on the road quickly and safely.
